Jan. 26th, 2008 08:28 pmQueries are difficult to write.
A generous writer helped me by offering tips this evening and I've been very busy working on the rewrite. Thank you very much

I'm going to let them sit tonight and revise them again tomorrow.
And now, it is time to get back to some writing.

New Projects
Jan. 13th, 2008 07:25 pmNow that I finished editing Dreams in a Dragon's House, I started looking through my notes to try to decide what project to tackle next.
I came across a YA idea for a series titled DarkHome Academy: School for Exceptional Villany.
Also, did you know that German POWs were kept in the US during WW, picking cotton? http://www.historynet.com/magazines/world_war_2/11024351.html There's got to be some sort of story in this.

Dreams in a Dragon's House Query Letter
Jan. 13th, 2008 07:18 pmI finished my last edit of Dreams in a Dragon's House.
And, I think I discovered something I had forgotten. A joy of writing. A love of putting words down on paper. Sometimes, you look so much at the destination that you forget to enjoy the journey.
This is my first draft of the query letter. If anyone with experience has any feedback, I’d appreciate it.
