I've had a lot of rejections lately. From my excel sheet, which is missing some I suspect:

Until Somebody Loses an Eye
Wicked Karnivale
Beyond Horror II
Foe and Son (several times)
BBT Magazine
Chi Short Story Contest
Mind Games
www.nature.com
Bare Bones
Science Fiction and Fantasy (several times)
Gud (several times)
Fantasy Magazine (several times)

I know that this is the writer's lot, but I am hoping for a ray of sunshine soon. :)

I haven't gotten my rejection from Someone Loses an Eye yet. I hope I do, becuase I suspect that that is one that he did in order to get his missing eyeball story into print, and I had to read that thing for Teddy Bear Cannibal Massacre.

If you are uneasy about a market, withdrawl. Always better than being in something you don't like.

Don't withdraw too quickly. The acceptances for Someone Loses An Eye are going through.

Hang in there. I've been in the business a long time, and I still get way more rejections than acceptances. Write harder, write faster.

Thank you for the kind words. I've just in that funk all writers get. I've only been at it for a year and sometimes, I expect too much too soon. But yes, the best was to hit it is to write better.

Alas, I recieved my rejection from Someone Loses An Eye a month ago if I recall correctly.
