Here are some more random thoughts about my editing process and Dylan and the Dream Pirates.
Chapter Eight and Chapter Nine are two halves of the same mini-adventure.
Chapter Eight: The Tower of Bones involves Dylan and the crew trying to break into the Tower of Bones. There is a mystery as to how to breach the gates.
Dylan has to surrender something to the tower for them to pass. It is something the others can not do as they live in the Dreamlands and are beyond this concept.
Chapter Nine: The Queen of Cats revolves around finding and saving the Queen of Cats. This is the first chapter where you really start questioning things. And the Queen of Cats isn't just scary because she is a powerful Queen, but she represents adulthood in a way that is just as frightening as the pirates.
