Have any of you heard of this title? It sounds too familar to me and it is for my newest piece. I want to make sure I am not stealing from anyone.

"To Dream on the Edge of Sorrow"

I haven't heard of it. I googled it and ran it through Amazon without a hit. There is a Babylon 5 book called "To Dream in the City of Sorrows." It is close but not the same.

I'm no lawyer, but it was my understanding that titles can't be copyrighted in any case. Trademarked, perhaps, for a well-known franchise, but I've never heard of this one.

That is true, but if it is something that is actually popular it would suck to repeat it. If you've got this great idea for a fairy tale called "Prince Caspian" you could probably name your book that, but everyone will thumb their noses at you and call you a rip off.
