Need a Fantasy Beta Reader

jasonandrewI have a story titled "Apprentice of the Mask" that has been rejected a couple of times. Each rejection came back with comments saying things like:
"I enjoyed this one -- it has good characters and solid prose. However, it opens a little slowly, and doesn't grab me as
much as a handful of other stories I'm currently considering."
I have a chance to do a rewrite and submit it and considering that it is a professional market I'm willing to give it a try. Sadly, I like the opening and am uncertain what else to do with it.
I could use another pair of eyes.
