Well then DC needs to make awesome female character movies.
I do think that Wonder Woman could make an absolutely awesome movie. And after that excellent Captain America, I do not believe they couldn't un-cheese her costume properly.
I didn't realize Marvel was hogtied on the X-men issue. X-men movies do a good job on representing the female characters in your other movies, but dang-it X-men franchise give us an origins movie just centered on one of the female characters and/or one of the poc characters. They did a good job with origin on Professor X, good job having a disabled character.
I would love to see a She-Hulk movie, but her comic was so episodic, there wasn't an arch-villain that I recall. She would make a better TV show really.
Anyways, I think anyone who says a female super hero won't draw a crowd is huffing paint. Every super hero movie I go to has lots of women and men at it.
