He Wakes Before Noon and Declares Victory

The air is cool this morning. It is my first morning without a contract and I feel very good.

insatia passed her background review and should be starting at the VA hospital this week.

I finished my contract job at BN on Friday. It was a friendly place to work. I had a decent weekend for the most part. Saturday, I was hit with allergies to the point that I thought I had the flu. I felt better by Sunday, but then the heat wave rocked Seattle.

Last night, I finished the draft of "Moffat Bound" and I felt like it was a struggle, but worth it.

I have a number of stories to edit this afternoon.

I sent out my resume and created a profile at LinkedIn. I wish I had known about this place before.

My plans now include a light nap, more editing, and then a walk in the evening with my wife. I could get used to this.
