Seattle Writers Group
Jun. 26th, 2010 08:26 pmWe had the first meeting of the Seattle Writer's group and five people attended.
In attendance: Jason Carl, Kathy Empson, Tony Mungo, Todd Branch and Carrie.
I was very excited to discuss story structure my own methods. We ran through the usual sites until everyone had a market to aspire to.
We spent 15 minutes running through some writing exercises from my favorite writing prompt book and then a 30 minute quiet writing session.
Afterwards, I felt very happy and excited. It was good to discuss words and have a good old time. And, all of us writing in the same room quietly was awesome.
