I've logged 1,000 words on "Moonlight in Scarlet."

My goal is to continue on this trend and work to complete 1,000 words each day. I think that my sweet spot number.

On a side note, I am surprised by how easily fantasy is coming to me these days.

Classic Fantasy and Mystery fiction.....who knew?

The majority of my fiction is dark urban fantasy. My long time love for classical fantasy has re-awoken with writing "Moonlight in Scarlet." I think this is an area I need to explore more.

I finished another 1,500 words reaching a total of 3,600 words. I should finish the last 1000 words tonight or tomorrow.

I also started a story in another genre. I'm working on a Detective Mystery. This again has surprised me but I am letting my muse take me wherever it needs to go. I ended up naming the detective Pozsgai after a buddy in the Camarila. Oh yeah, this is also my first Thanes story.
