Writing Update

I'm half way through the last editing of my YA fantasy novel "Dreams in a Dragon's House". This book was started about a year ago in another form, under another name. It has been through nine revisions now, and each version has improved it. However, I think there comes a time when every writer needs to cut the strings and just start the submitting and let it be in the hands of fate.

I started "Dylan and the Dream Pirates" after the last revision, but every though I loved the idea, it felt too much like "Dreams in a Dragon's House". It felt too much like work. I think I needed to start something not fantasy. I will come back to "Dylan" in the future.

I came up with an idea for a YA Science fiction adventure titled "Shadow by Starlight". I really like the idea, but it will require all manner of research as I suck at science.
