It has been a crazy and busy week.

The good news is that I had an agent ask for the complete manuscript on Friday for Abigail’s Dragon. I started Chapter Three of Dylan and the Dreamlands.

Last week I tried a game I used to play because there are a lot of people there I like. Some of them I think will be friends for life. A really good friend told me that it changed. It didn’t go very well.

There’s been a nasty flame war on the old boards. I had intended just to support a friend and make it to where my name was used on a petition for anything I didn’t want to get involved in. It spiraled way out of control. Nice to know who actually enjoyed my presence.

I’ve heard some of the things written about me, but I decided not to respond.

I love running DRC, but I wanted to actually get to play a game. I thought about rejoining the Camarilla, but I hate Requiem. I’ve heard that the Cam has actually gotten a lot better and dropped that silly Vampires don’t kill Vampires bit, but I just couldn’t imagine playing with that whole Covenant deal.

A friend emailed me about Changeling the Lost. It looks very interesting. I’m very tempted to rejoin the Camarilla just to play that.

I had heard a rumor that the Camarilla was taking away Member Class if you didn’t play within a couple of years. I just verified that my member class is registered. I am very tempted to play again. If they end up playing on weekends opposite of DRC, I might give it a shot.

Thursday, I had a board game night with Chris, Miriam, and Erik. It was very awesome. I thought it would be awkward, but it wasn’t. It was fun and classy. They are the win!

Saturday, Kyle sponsored a BBQ event for ECC. We were up until 4:30 in the morning. It was awesome beyond all awesome.

Sadly, because of the flame war, I was uninvited to Athena’s Surprise Birthday party. One of her roommates was suddenly uncomfortable with my presence. We’re doing dinner tonight, but it has left an uncomfortable taste in my mouth. But Athena’s been my friend for years and so I’m going to ignore the crap.
