Star Trek Contest
Jun. 5th, 2005 11:56 amI just looked at the rules again, you can enter as often as you like. I don't want to spend the next three months writing Star Trek stories for a contest that are completely useless to me afterwards.
However, I do think I am going to make it my goal to write three of them. If worse comes to worse, I'll post them on a fanfiction website somewhere.
The first one involved Spock and T'Pol meeting during his freshman year at the Starfleet Academy. It's really just a minor discussion piece. Not sure how I feel about it. I have posted it here under friends lock along with drafts of The Girl in the Window and Abigail's Dragon.
The difficulty I think is finding the characters that needs the most attention that have been ignored previously. If I can make the Nelix's of the Star Trek world interesting, I have a chance.
