I am going to try doing a novel for www.nanowrimo.org this year. I think I've proved to myself I can put down the word count. I just need to figure out what I am going to do.

I've had Abigail's Dragon on my desk for almost a year, but I haven't been very inspired with it. On the other hand, I have almost 25,000 words in short stories for the Phoenix Chronicles. I have never had such an easy time writing as when I work with the crew of the Phoenix. Speaking of which, I need to finish "Slugs on a Space Transport."

In two weeks, I'm going to start more work on the 4th novella for Crossroads. This will really be more of a short novel.

I hadn't heard of this nanowrio thing before. Something you sign up for? (I'm too lazy to go look at the website right now. :)

Well, you can sign up for it. Mostly it is just a support group for writing a novel. Lots of people start it, but few people finish. Mostly, it is a way to encourage yourself to push yourself.
