I learned today that I needed a better file system. I have seventy different stories at various stages (from Draft to Published) and I had been trying to manage them by genre and category.

That works if I am working as an archivist, but alas I am trying to run a submission system and the way that I had the files arranged was not working well.

insatia helped me create a new system based on her filing experiences at a construction company. It seems to work well enough.

Two stories were submitted tonight.

I think it will make things a lot easier for me.

Seventy? Good Lord man! Your muse must have lost 20 pounds and ended up with semi-permanent chest pains trying to keep up with you. You should send her a get well soon card and some chocolates.
