Looking for a graphic artist

Do I have a friendly graphics designer on my friends list willing to help a brother out? I have a special reward for the person that can help me.

I am working on a project and I need a banner. I can do it, but I don't have the magic eye of an artist.

The banner would be 740 x 192.
