Ernest Hemingway Writing Day
First off, there's a lot of wisdom is this advice from the Old Man: http://www.copyblogger.com/ernest-hemingway-top-5-tips-for-writing-well
insatia dragged me to Capital Hill today for her beading class she is teaching my coworkers. I decided I was going to have an Ernest Hemingway writing day, minus the smoking.
I sat down at Charlies and had a delicious Mojito and got started.
After about an hour or so, the wait staff started getting anxious and so I walked down Broadway and saddled up at Bauhaus.
My basic plan was to write as fast as I could for an hour and then switch subjects.
The word talley:
Until the Stars Grow Cold 1,200 words
Dylan and the Dreamlands 1,300 words
A Night at Charlies 800 words
I am tired. I'm now enjoying a hot coca.
insatia will be very happy that I'm actually drinking something at a cafe.
